Currently, we have a Contract Mortgage Customer Service Advisor opportunity with a trusted and community-focused financial services provider . Your Specific Duties Will Include :

  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as Loss Mitigation, Escrow, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Cashiering, and other operations teams.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during the loan servicing and default process.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls , addressing loan servicing inquiries and concerns.
  • Actively listen, show empathy, and understand customer needs to provide accurate and helpful solutions.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all customer interactions, even in challenging situations.
  • Problem-solve efficiently , identifying issues and providing prompt resolutions.

    • Specific Qualifications for the Position Include :

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills .
  • Ability to articulate clearly while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Patience and resilience when handling high-pressure or complex customer interactions.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Prior customer service or call center experience preferred, especially in mortgage or financial services.

    • Pay Rate Range : $24.00 per hour.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.
