The Project Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency and project execution across multiple business functions. This position is responsible for implementing a creative strategy to ensure business objectives are met, driving results, and ensuring the timely completion of projects related to healthcare benefits consulting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with experience in project coordination, process improvement, and data management.
Your specific duties will include :
- Oversee and coordinate key projects related to healthcare benefits administration, compliance, and consulting.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to drive operational excellence.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful execution.
- Utilize CRM, project management tools, and data analytics platforms to track project progress.
- Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and operational strategies.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of technology solutions to streamline operations.
Specific qualifications for the position include :
Pay Rate Range : $75K - 80K based on experience
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
