We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Senior IT Audit Manager with a bank that offers a wide range of services, including banking, trust services, financial planning, investment management, estate and legacy planning, and foundation support for its clients. The Senior IT Audit Manager is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include :
- Managing the Internal Audit department staff and coordinating with co-sourced third-party vendors as assigned.
- Interviewing and training employees.
- Planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and encouraging employees; addressing complaints; and resolving issues.
- Providing effective oversight of co-sourced IT audit providers.
- Overseeing and assisting with the completion of various IT internal audits and projects to successfully execute the Internal Audit (IA) Plan.
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen internal controls and mitigate IT risks.
Specific qualifications for the position include :
Pay Rate Range : $132,500 - $175,000 / year
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
