The Treasury Management Operations and Support Officer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include :
- Providing technical assistance to new and existing E-Banking and Treasury Management (TM) clients.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Performing operational tasks and conducting system and / or account maintenance for all TM products.
- Training new and existing clients on various banking system platforms and services, including but not limited to online banking, bill payment, remote deposit capture, and positive pay.
- Participating in testing and supporting new processes and workflows as TM services expand.
- Collaborating with the Senior Treasury Management Officer and other team members to ensure clean audits by adhering to established procedures in E-Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, and TM product implementation.
- Managing the service request system to ensure all requests are completed within the department's Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Specific qualifications for the position include :
Pay Rate Range : $68,000 - $80,000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
