The Universal Banker is responsible for the following specific duties :
Your specific duties will include :
- Opening and closing the branch.
- Maintaining client deposit accounts and supporting existing client relationships.
- Opening new deposit accounts and establishing treasury services.
- Handling client requests in person, via email, and over the phone.
- Assisting clients with treasury services (online banking), access issues, and basic product usage.
- Processing wire transfers and performing back-office functions such as branch certifications, daily checklists, and report reviews.
- Providing expertise to clients in identifying appropriate products, setting up new products and services, online access, and treasury management services.
- Performing clerical tasks related to the preparation and retention of files.
Specific qualifications for the position include :
Pay Rate Range : $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
