- Assisting attorneys with legal research, writing, and case management.

- Scheduling and maintaining attorney appointments, hearings, and client meetings.
- Communicating daily with veterans, their families, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
- Drafting legal documents, including complaints, discovery requests, motions, and subpoenas.
- Managing case reviews, file summaries, and medical record requests.
- Coordinating depositions, hearings, and mediations.
- Training and mentoring Legal Assistants.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills, with strong empathy.
- Experience managing large caseloads and legal documentation.
- Prior military service is a plus.
- Law firm experience preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus (but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Aderant/Client Profiles is preferred.
