Lead, Distribution:This position exists to assist the supervisor in training associates and meeting deadlines for their department.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists supervisor with balancing daily workflow in their department.
Assists supervisor in all aspects of assigned function/area to ensure efficient operations.
Prepares work reports as needed.
Trains new associates and assists with questions.
HOURS:
2ND Shift: Hours will be 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM, Monday through Thursday. Some daily overtime and work on Fridays may be required, when necessary.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
