Get your earn wages as soon as you want.Job DescriptionLife Enrichment Assistants are responsible for facilitating the planned activities in a retirement community for both assisted living and memory care units. This involves everything from leading exercise classes and sing-alongs to brain power activities, sports and art classes and reading. Must be flexible, dependable, work well under pressure and be a self-starter.ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activity programs of this communityObserve resident attendance, mood, behavior, and degree of involvement so that facility activities and resident progress are evaluatedinvolve the resident / family in planning activity programs when possibleQualificationsMust be flexible, dependable, work well under pressure and be a self-starterFood Handlers PermitAble to move at least 50 pounds, including tables and chair on a regular basisIf you are the right candidate, then we want to hear from you!
