We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team at our senior living community in Worland, WY. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing the lives of elderly residents and working collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals.
FT and PT shifts available 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.

Job Description:
The LPN will be responsible for monitoring patients, performing routine checks, and assisting the clinical team at the community. A successful LPN has the ability to take direction, work well in stressful situations, and possess great observational skills and empathy for patients while remaining professional.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment
- Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs
- Ensure that patients take their medication
- Assist RNs and other members of the medical team at the community
- Liaise with patients' families
Qualifications:
- Completed LPN license program
- Computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Love for seniors
