As an HR Business Partner, you’ll be embedded in the business, providing thoughtful counsel to leaders while rolling up your sleeves to execute critical HR programs. This role reports to the North America Managing Director of People & Culture.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Partner & Advisor: Act as a trusted consultant to leaders, helping them navigate talent challenges, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational design.
- Culture Champion: Drive engagement by fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring our values come to life in meaningful ways.
- Talent Management & Development: Support leaders in identifying, developing, and retaining top talent, providing coaching and guidance on career growth.
- HR Program Execution: Own and execute core HR initiatives such as performance reviews, promotions, compensation planning, and engagement surveys.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage employee relations with both compassion and sound judgment, ensuring compliance with employment laws while advocating for fair and strategic solutions. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review and update policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze trends and feedback to evolve HR strategies and improve the employee experience.
- 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a strategic business partner role.
- Strong expertise in talent strategy, performance management, employee relations, and engagement.
- A problem-solver mindset—you anticipate challenges, develop solutions, and execute with confidence.
- Executive presence—comfortable advising and coaching senior leaders.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of storytelling and influencing at all levels.
- A passion for people—balancing business needs with employee advocacy.
- Experience with HR compliance, employment law, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; SHRM or HRCI certification a plus.
