Role: Talent Acquisition Partner
Reports To: Elise Giannasi, North American Head of People & Culture
Location: Buckhead, Atlanta
Workplace Type: We ask all employees to work a hybrid schedule, with a minimum 3x/week in their local office. We welcome employees to utilize office space more than that where possible.
The Role
At World 50 Group, hiring exceptional talent is a key business priority. We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can execute to a high standard. You’ll collaborate with the London based Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end to end recruitment processes for all roles within the company and support global reporting, recruitment strategy and project work.
Your Impact:
- Recruitment Execution: Craft innovative recruiting strategies for all levels, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- Candidate-Centric Approach: Facilitate an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with departments to understand staffing needs and coordinate recruitment efforts within budget constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Utilize creative sourcing techniques to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and networking.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Own the entire recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers from search initiation to offer stage, ensuring a smooth journey for both candidates and teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment efficiency and support ongoing talent acquisition initiatives.
- Interview Mastery: Own the interview process from start to finish, including training new interviewers, crafting effective questions, and implementing consistent debrief methods.
- Inclusion and Belonging: Support efforts to integrate Inclusion and Belonging principles into the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pipeline
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be diligent, proactive and capable of collaborating with internal partners. They will possess flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse recruiting tasks.
- 3 years of internal recruitment experience (ideally in the Atlanta market).
- Familiarity with recruiting across different levels, with experience in senior-level searches considered a plus.
- Strong research and sourcing skills with a proactive approach to identifying talent.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under pressure with sensitivity to deadlines and business needs.
