What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Processing Specialist position at World Acceptance Corporation?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately record incoming titles and documents daily according to established procedures
- Collect, prepare and process documents required for titling or registration, including obtaining necessary signatures under Power of Attorney (POA).
- Assist management as needed by documenting requests and resolutions in our software program.
- Respond to email inquiries from branches and departments in a timely and professional manner.
- Records incoming titles and documents daily according to established procedures.
- Provide recommendations to improve processes and increase efficiency.

- High degree of self-confidence with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to always maintain confidentiality.
- Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage competing tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of work experience in a lien management preferred.
- Experience with SharePoint preferred.
- Experience with DDI and PBI is a plus.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to constantly remain in a stationary position.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Occasionally may require light lifting up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment:
- Office environment.
- Occasional travel may be required.
