What are the responsibilities and job description for the Monitoring and Testing Analyst position at World Acceptance?
The Monitoring and Testing Analyst in the Compliance Testing department is responsible for executing effective second line testing and monitoring of the Company's adherence to applicable federal and state regulations and internal standards / policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute risk assessments to detect compliance with federal and state regulations by the Company and its third parties.
- Develop and execute risk assessments to detect weaknesses in the Company's Compliance Management System.
- Interpret and analyze data trends, identify root cause(s), and recommend control improvements.
- Prepare detailed workpapers to support testing results.
- Report and present findings and observations.
- Track and ensure ineffective controls are properly and timely remediated.
- Perform testing of changes to existing or implementation of new products, services, materials, etc. within the Company's change management process.
