The mission of the Corporate Information Technologies Department (CIT) is to leverage Information Technology to enable IFC's strategic priorities and to support IFC's business and operations. By acting as the technology partner and business enabler, the department provides state-of-the-art information and technology solutions to support IFC's operations.
CIT is seeking a seasoned IT Analyst with expertise in SAP Financial Accounting, Controlling, Funds Management, Material Management, Investment Management, and Project Systems. The consultant will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance in public sector accounting and budget formulation, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Funds Management, Grants Management, Project Systems, Investment Management, and SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC).
The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and managing SAP modules within public sector financial systems. They will demonstrate strong capabilities in analyzing and optimizing financial processes, implementing best practices, and supporting complex SAP transformations. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and implement ABAP programs and S/4 HANA solutions.
Perform system configuration and customization for SAP modules.
Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing.
Provide system support and troubleshooting for SAP solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Document technical designs and processes.
Selection Criteria
A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and a Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; or minimum 4 years of experience with a bachelor's degree.
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation and system configuration.
Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes.
Participation in at least one full lifecycle implementation project.
Customizing and configuration experience.
Knowledge of content development, engineering processes, and SAP tools such as Solution Builder and CBC is advantageous.
Experience and knowledge in configurations of FI, BCS, FM, HR ABAP, and SAP BPC.
Experience in New GL Migration, BCS Migration, and SAP BPC Planning Tool implementation.
Expertise in ABAP Objects, including Classes, Methods, Interfaces, and Events.
Experience providing support for UAT, SIT, and Post-Go Live project phases, along with conducting user training sessions for seamless system adoption.
SAP Certification Requirements:
SAP Certified Development Specialist - ABAP for SAP HANA 2.0
SAP Record of Achievement in 'System Conversion to S/4 HANA'
SAP Record of Achievement in 'Overview of Financials in SAP S/4 HANA'
