Thunderbird Wholesale is revolutionizing the mortgage industry with our first-of-its-kind no-documentation loan program. As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of this innovation, working closely with residential mortgage brokers to introduce and sell our product. Your role will involve outreach, education, and relationship-building—guiding brokers through our seamless self-service platform and helping them leverage this game-changing lending solution.
Schedule : This is a Contract / Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements and candidates must be willing to work weekends depending on the department’s necessity.
Location : LATAM - 100% remote workforce.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage relationships with residential mortgage brokers, driving engagement with our no-documentation loan program.
- Proactively reach out to brokers, introduce our product, and demonstrate how to navigate our self-service website.
- Generate and convert leads, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to position Thunderbird as a leader in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and improve customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
- Other projects and duties as assigned
