- Be 21 years or older
- Have a valid TX Driver's License
- We apply pre-employment background and drug screeningResponsibilities - Automotive Driver and PorterYou'll be trained on the job, although some prior automotive knowledge is helpful. A responsible attitude is essential. You will be entrusted with moving and caring for valuable property. You must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. A good auto porter is detail-oriented and willing to do a wide range of tasks when the manager asks.
- Pick up vehicles from and deliver vehicles to different locations as directed by management Follow all safety / driving procedures when operating and or transporting vehicles
- Keeps used-vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving cars as directed
- Remove license plates and replace with dealership commercial license plate covers and frames
- Fill out used vehicle inspection sheet and report cosmetic and mechanical damages
- Assist used car manager in preparing cars for auction with proper forms and paperwork as instructed
- Ensure that required forms / stickers have been completed and are properly displayed.
- Start vehicles daily and reports any problems or concerns
