PURPOSE OF JOB *** Hiring for multiple locations (San Antonio & New Braunfels) ****
The BDC (Business Development Center) Representative is responsible for receiving all incoming sales calls, establishing relationships with customers and scheduling appointments for the Sales Associates.
The BDC Representative interacts daily with the BDC Manager, Sales Associates, Sales Managers, support staff and customers.
- Receiving inbound sales phone calls and leads from our websites and partners
- Identifying the client's needs and scheduling appointments
- Placing outbound phone calls to potential leads (no cold calling)
- Ensuring all clients concerns are addressed prior to appointment date such as cost, warranty questions, appointment duration, etc
- Contacting clients prior to appointment date to confirm appointment
- Following up post visit to ensure customer satisfaction
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Computer literate in a Windows operating environment. ·
- This position will require you to be onsite at one of our dealerships (we have 8 locations in San Antonio, training would be at our Nissan North location (1604/35).
- Strong customer service, communication, organizational skills. ·
- Ability to work independently with routine and/or repetitive activities but also be responsive to disruption and change. ·
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Excel, and Word. Google Docs, Sheets and Slide are a plus.
- Call Center Experience is a major plus
WORK SCHEDULE
- Availability to work Monday - Saturday 8:00am to 8:00pm. (schedule may vary based on business needs)
- Schedules may vary based upon business needs, two shifts AM (8:30am-5:30pm) and MID (11:00am - 8:00pm) with an hour lunch.
- 40 Hours Shifts are required.
TRAINING SCHEDULE (Paid)
- Training is Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm (off Saturday and Sunday)
- Employees that attend training are expected to meet established standards for performance, attendance and conduct.
BENEFITS
