Job Description:
World Car is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Janitors. As a Janitor, you will play an integral role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our dealerships. This position is vital in creating a welcoming environment for our customers and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in the showroom, offices, and service bays
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including windows, countertops, and furniture
- Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when restocking is needed
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with setting up for events or meetings as needed
Requirements:
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
Hours:
- Full-Time, Monday - Saturday
- Flexible Shifts
- Open Hours: 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM (40 hours available)
