What are the responsibilities and job description for the Greeter position at World Car Mazda Kia San Antonio?
Immediate opening available Greeter/ receptionist. Qualified candidates should possess a great attitude, professional appearance, and great people skills. Will be greeting customers, answering and transferring incoming calls to appropriate personnel, and keeping daily data logs. Forty-hour work week. Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding customer service.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
