While we build an array of boats in different sizes and configurations, each is a reflection of our mission to deliver the smoothest ride on water, making boating more enjoyable and giving boaters the comfort and confidence to cruise, fish, dive, and explore the water world around The Patch Team Mate is responsible for repairing boat defects created in the manufacturing process using proper grinding, sanding, painting, and buffing technique.
Qualifications:
- AS degree in autobody or an equivalent discipline preferred.
- Ability to follow SOPs for patching fiberglass.
- Knowledge in the proper use of tolls required for patch work.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Primary responsibilities:
- Follow all SOPs for rework.
- Use all PPE required for the department.
- Inform supervision of all safety, quality, or production issues.
- Ensure work area is safe and clean.
- Sign off on quality documentation once work is complete.
