Artificial Intelligence Content Strategist

Position Title : Artificial Intelligence (AI) Content Strategist Department : Information Technology

Reports To : Director of Information Technology FLSA | ACA : Exempt | Full-Time

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY :

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Content Strategist will leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize content strategy, creation, and distribution across various channels. The role involves using AI tools to enhance content planning, streamline production, and ensure data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a deep understanding of content strategy, AI technologies, and audience engagement.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and implement an AI-enhanced content strategy that aligns with business goals and audience needs
• Utilize AI tools to analyze market trends, audience behavior, and content performance to inform strategic decisions
• Optimize content distribution strategies using AI algorithms to increase reach and engagement.
• Use AI tools (e.g., AI content generators, language models, SEO optimizers) to streamline content creation across blogs, social media, newsletters, and other platforms
• Collaborate with the content team to generate high-quality, relevant, and engaging content with AI assistance
• Ensure AI-generated content aligns with the brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines
• Leverage AI-powered analytics platforms to measure content performance and engagement metrics
• Use AI to predict future content trends, audience preferences, and optimize content accordingly
• Conduct A / B testing and use AI insights to refine content strategies for maximum effectiveness
• Utilize AI-driven SEO tools to ensure all content is optimized for search engine
• Implement AI tools to personalize content experiences for different audience segments, improving user engagement and conversion rates
• Stay up-to-date with AI developments in SEO and content personalization, integrating new technologies and techniques into the strategy
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and data science teams to align AI content initiatives with overall business objectives
• Train and guide internal teams on the effective use of AI tools for content creation and optimization

Partner with developers and AI experts to customize AI tools for the organization's specific content needs

• Ensure all AI-generated content complies with ethical standards, copyright regulations, and the organization's content guidelines
• Stay informed on ethical considerations and biases in AI content creation, ensuring transparency and accuracy in AI-generated materials

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED :

• Monitor emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to content strategy and recommend new tools for adoption
• Continuously improve content workflows by identifying areas where AI can enhance efficiency and creativity
• Drive innovation by experimenting with AI to explore new content formats, distribution methods, and audience engagement strategies
• Maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or a related field
• Advanced degree or specialization in AI, digital marketing, or content strategy is a plus
• SEO Certification

EXPERIENCE :

• 3 years of experience in content strategy, marketing, or digital content creation
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., GPT models, content automation tools, AI-driven analytics platforms) in a content or marketing role
• Experience in content optimization, SEO, and audience segmentation

SKILLS / ABILITIES :

• Proficiency in AI tools and platforms for content creation, personalization, and analytics
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and how AI can enhance optimization
• Ability to analyze data and interpret AI insights for content strategy development
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy

Ability to balance creativity with data-driven insights

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable and forward-thinking in the fast-evolving AI landscape
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams
• Keen interest in exploring how AI can revolutionize content creation and audience engagement
