OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY:
The Sage Intacct System Administrator position requires a highly capable Administrator to ensure that our business capitalizes on the benefits offered by our business systems to include: Salesforce CRM and all peripherals, Sage Intacct Accounting System, Shopify, Spiceworks, and Hippo Asset Management systems. The administrator will ensure that our business systems and supporting software are always functioning at optimal performance. This position will administer all of World Changers business systems to ensure the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of our SaaS systems. The administrator will continuously monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure. The administrator will also be the liaison between the company and the software providers to resolve any issue pertaining to system performance.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring the optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products including mobile app and portals
- Ensuring the optimal performance of Sage Intacct financial systems
- Ensuring the optimal performance of Shopify Retail & Ecommerce and Hippo Assets Management systems.
- Upgrading and configuring salesforce systems for optimized integration
- Managing salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, portals, and groups.
- Maintaining the Salesforce marketing, service and sales clouds.
- Building custom reports and dashboard for end-users
- Performing problem-solving tasks when alerted by a user or monitoring the system
- Planning and executing a strategy to maintain system security
- Assigning and updating security permissions for the system network
- Ensuring that all system workflows, and configurations are made in a timely manner to minimize any disruptions to business operations
- Training and supporting the end-users on the correct use of the system software and hardware
- Creating an ongoing system training solution to keep end-users’ skills at peak levels
- Working with web developers to ensure all integrated functions between business systems and the web are functional
- Evaluating and installing new salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
- Participate in the system SaaS communities to find opportunities to better utilize our business systems
- Performing Salesforce upgrades, create and maintain databases
- Importing data when needed
- Ensuring all system are updated promptly with organization changes such as, promotions, terms, processes changes, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND LEADERSHIP
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any IT Related field
- 3 years of system administration or database experience
- Business administration skills preferred, but not required
- Salesforce Certified, preferred but not required
- Preferred experience with Salesforce CRM and other products
- Preferred experience with Sage Intacct Accounting System, but not required
- Experience with Shopify or ecommerce platforms
- Experience with Spiceworks Cloud, preferred, but not required
- Technical knowledge using Software as a Service (SaaS)
