Due to our recent growth and acquisitions we are looking for individuals to fulfill the following position: Phone Operator, Planet Ford 45 Spring,Texas
Position Mission Statement: Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and customer focused manner directing the customers to the proper department or individual within our dealership.
Key Accountability Areas:
- Answer the phone in a timely manner
- Insure customer satisfaction
- Complete messages & deliver to employees in a timely manner
- Light administration work as needed
- Bilingual a plus
Compensation Plan:
Hourly wage based pertinent experience
