As the VP of Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for leading our efforts to scale our model across global geographies and clinical focus areas. Our global footprint covers North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Our clinical focus areas include musculoskeletal surgeries, bariatric surgeries, cancer care, family forming treatments, gene therapy, specialty pharmaceuticals, and others. You will be responsible for building and executing a scalable operational model that delivers key patient experience and clinical outcomes results with support from our Chief Medical Officer, President, and CEO who have multiple years of experience in US and global healthcare. You will partner closely with our SVP of Global Network Management, who is responsible for network development and contracting.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, clinical operations expertise, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, dynamic startup setting. Previous experience in building and operating healthcare services across geographies is required, as is the ability to thrive in an early-stage company.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and oversee operations serving both US and global employers across geographies and clinical service lines
- Implement and manage an industry leading client onboarding model that drives program engagement while minimizing employer overhead
- Implement a scalable operating model generating industry leading clinical outcomes and patient experience to cover both US and global employer clients
- Drive industry leading program engagement via general / targeted outreach and benefits design
- Ensure regular performance- and compliance reporting of KPIs and key results for internal management and clients
- Collaborate closely with our SVP of Global Provider Network Management around network design, activation, and performance
- Manage the clinical operations team
- Function as the executive escalation point for key clients
