Duties
- Collaborate with the Directors to develop and implement educational programs and activities
- Supervise staff members and provide guidance and support as needed
- Assist in maintaining accurate records related to children, staff, and facility operations
- Help manage administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external stakeholders
Skills
- CDA, Associates or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Experience in education administration or child care management
- Ability to educate and engage children effectively
- Familiarity with Higher Education teaching methodologies
- Experience working with students of varying ages and backgrounds
