Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Closing Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our real estate transactions close smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Schedule Closings: Coordinate and schedule closing appointments with all relevant parties.
- Manage Notary Network: Hire and coordinate with notaries to facilitate closings.
- Client Communication: Proactively communicate with clients to gather necessary information and schedule closing appointments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to track the progress of files and proactively identify any potential roadblocks to closing.
- Calendar Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars for closings, ensuring no scheduling conflicts and optimizing notary availability.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the scheduling process.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Confident and professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable interacting with clients in person, via phone, and email.
