- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair vending machines, micro-markets, and other company equipment.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Organize and manage inventory in the warehouse, ensuring items are stored properly and easily accessible.
- Track and record inventory usage and report discrepancies to management.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment and supplies for delivery routes.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition and report any needed replacements.
- Follow safety protocols while working on equipment and handling inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving equipment issues in a professional manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certification or training is a plus.
- Previous experience in equipment repair, maintenance, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to diagnose and fix issues.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing warehouse inventory efficiently.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Proficient in using tools and equipment required for repairs and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record are preferred.
