Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs.
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your designated territory.
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets through effective communication and follow-up.
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy to maximize opportunities and drive revenue.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, sales, and customer interactions for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close deals efficiently.
- Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to meet customer needs.
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role, preferably in an outside sales capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and effectively convey product value.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Familiarity with sales strategies and negotiation techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in basic technology, such as email, spreadsheets, and sales tracking tools.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel within assigned territory.
