We are hiring a Driver to join our team!

Job Type: Full Time

What You’ll Do

The Warehouse Driver is the face of the World Electric, driving a company provided truck (24’ state body truck) to transport materials to our valued customers. This position’s responsibilities include operating company equipment in a safe manner, while ensuring that our product is in perfect condition and ready for our customers.

You will:

• Communicate with sales associates or manager through problem solving to meet customer needs.

• Acts in a helpful and cooperative manner towards customers and World associates.

• Ensure truck is in safe operating condition and maintains a clean appearance.

• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 75 lbs.

• Construct pallets based on delivery area preventing stock from being damaged on delivery.

• Participate in processes and programs aimed at promoting a safe work environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

  
  

What You’ll Bring

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record Required

Requirements:

• Ability to lift to 75 lbs.

• Strong math and reading skills
