Job Summary

A highly qualified individual with experience in computer and inventory control to meet department projects and goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Training & Support

Awareness and continuing education on company policies.

  • Participates in formal and informal training sessions to acquire new skills and knowledge.
  • Contributes to and updates the inventory database.
  • Customer Service Duties.
  • Responsible for work order related issues.

  • Participate in Team Meetings and Communications.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory at locations.
  • Respond to internal business partners in a courteous manner; escalate as appropriate.
  • Follow up on order alerts.
  • Track ordered supplies using inventory management tool.
  • Tech Support
  • Logical thinker and able to prioritize workload and urgency.

  • Strong Customer Service Ethic.
  • Essential Skills :
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills, with a strong ability to research and find solutions independently.

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, thriving in both independent and collaborative work environments.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff and stakeholders across all levels.

    Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 Years of experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work on Windows computers or laptops.
  • Knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills for user support
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic experience with Office 365
