What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Lead Public Attendant position at World Equestrian Center Ocala?
Facilities Lead Public Attendant assist Facilities management to supports and lead the operations in the Arenas and Public Spaces. Ideal candidates have previous experience in housekeeping and custodial services. The position is indoors and outdoors so candidates must be able to come to work and produce results regardless of outdoor weather conditions. Additionally, the job requires a great deal of often strenuous physical activity therefore applicants should have the ability to meet these requirements. Weekend availability is a must.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the facilities supervisor to lead the staff in the day-of-day operations.
- Inspect Facilities zones and support staff thought the day.
- Ensure all public spaces are clean and sanitized.
- Promote teamwork.
- Utilize various cleaning agents, mixing according to label instructions, and using them in accordance with
- prescribed safety precautions and directions.
- Utilize various custodial and general maintenance equipment, i.e mops, booms, buffers, pressure cleaners and
- blowers.
- Trash collection and sweeping.
- Ability to lift up to lift, bend, twist and stand for long periods of time.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
