The Procurement & Warehouse Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the procurement and warehouse operations by assisting with inventory management, order processing, administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records. This role helps ensure that procurement procedures are followed, inventory is properly tracked, and the warehouse operates smoothly. The position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Essential Functions
- Review purchase orders, and review requisitions for goods and services.
- In conjunction with senior managers, always verify PAR levels.
- Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time and in the event of problems trace shipments
- and follow up undelivered goods.
- Maintain and review computerized or manual records of items purchased, costs, delivery, product
- performance and inventories.
- Assist in inventory levels of current stock to develop strategic purchasing programs that facilitate
- employee access to supplies.
- Monitor changes affecting supply and demand, tracking market conditions, price trends or futures
- markets.
- Support Director of Purchasing with any other duties related to the position functions.

- Primarily office-based with occasional visits to the warehouse for inventory management and order verification.
- May require standing, walking, or lifting for short periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, or administrative support, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory management practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
