This role involves becoming a certified travel professional where you can specialize in Community Travel. Receive training to create, market, and book travel experiences that cater specifically to all diverse communities, ensuring that all travel arrangements are welcoming, inclusive, and tailored to the unique needs and preferences of community travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and activities that cater to the diverse communities, ensuring safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experiences.
• Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and concerns, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with global diverse community destinations, events, and travel trends, and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of inclusive travel options.
• Build and maintain relationships with diverse friendly hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers to ensure high-quality experiences for clients.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote diverse community travel services.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process and during the trip, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage bookings, process payments, and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and vendors effectively.
•  Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
•  Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships within the travel and diverse communities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs and time zones.
