Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cruise Travel Agent to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong sales skills, exceptional customer service, and extensive knowledge of cruise lines, destinations, and itineraries.
Responsibilities:
- Design and sell tailored cruise vacation packages based on client preferences and needs.
- Provide expert advice on cruise lines, destinations, itineraries, and travel arrangements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest cruise line promotions, trends, and policies.
- Handle all aspects of booking, including cabins, excursions, dining preferences, and travel insurance.
- Collaborate with cruise line representatives and suppliers to secure the best deals for clients.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
