ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with and communication with all parties involved.
- Research all aspects of the destination needs.
- Prepare and present itineraries to primary group contacts.
- Respond to all inquiries promptly.
- Document all clients' needs properly to ensure requests and needs are met.
- Follow all company procedures and policies.
- Follow up with all clients with any and all additional needs.
- Attend live trainings.
- Must have a phone (laptop also preferred, but not required)
- Must have good internet connection.
- Must be able to handle working under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
- Ability to plan and manage client’s needs with little to no supervision.
