- Must be 18 a U.S. or Mexican Citizen
- Proficient with using a computer to research and book hotels, airline flights and coordinate destination weddings
- Ideal candidate is detailed oriented, customer Focused and a self starter
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Able to build successful supplier relationships in a timely manner
Responsibilities
- You will work with couples to select wedding destinations based on budget and location requirements
- Book wedding facilities, reception location, formal dinner, etc
- Research and advise clients on all required location logistics and wedding requirements
- Communicate clients requirements to hotel's wedding coordinator as required
- Research honeymoon destinations, excursions and activities
- Book cruises and excursions as required
- Assist clients with required travel requirements and documentation
- Book all travel arrangements for all wedding guests
