Job Description:
- Arrange accommodations for live sporting events be it for local teams or professional.
- Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, day trips.
- Book reservations for hotel, flights, rental cars, special events and gatherings.
- Receive ongoing trainings in order to stay inform for the best experience of ongoing and potential clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans.
- Work with 3rd parties including vendors, trip planners, event organizers, etc.
- Provide proper documentation to the clients such as, authorization forms, flights tickets, event tickets.
- Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during trips.
- Point of contact for clients before, during, and after day of sports event.
Requirements:
- Computer or smart phone required.
- Must be 18 and coachable.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Decision making and problem-solving abilities.
