- Attend online training and Zoom Meetings as required
- Research domestic and international vacation destinations for clients
- Book hotel reservations, coordinate airline flights, transfers and activities
- Educate clients on country entrance requirements and documentation, cultural norms
- Coordinate all trip details for clients from departure until they return home
