Duties and Responsibilities :
- Senior Relationship Management -
Act as the face of the World Group and Quarterback for Enterprise, Fortune 500 Customers
Demonstrate a deep understanding of commercial dynamics with a heavy emphasis on deal management and negotiation
Anticipate and address challenges before they arise, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving
Navigate client organizations effectively, building rapport and delivering results with authority
Implement strategies to optimize account profitability while maintaining client satisfaction
Serve as an expert project manager, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills
