HIRING NOW - OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

World Gym in Kalispell is currently hiring an Operations Supervisor. It’s an amazing team of people at one of the Valley’s premier locally owned fitness locations. Individual to run all operations and once skill set has been met will move to GM.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• We are searching for someone with experience managing, and with solid and proven management skills.
• General computer proficiency. Running Membership, Financial, Inventory, etc. Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports, learning and using an industry-specific software system (Excel/Sheets, Word, etc.)
• Experience with financials reporting (budgets, P&Ls, etc.)
• Managing Sales & Marketing efforts including CRM management, social media, and so forth.
• Managing and overseeing front desk staff and operations, along with working Front Desk Duties as needed. Covering shifts.
• Solid Customer Service skills.

Full time position and salary based. Upward mobility within the organization and salary growth. Health Insurance after probational period.

Compensation based on experience and final job responsibilities.
