Primary Responsibilities
This position is located in New York State. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $36,000 to $55,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications. - Initial contact with injured workers or insured to gather facts of the incident or suit.
- Ensuring timely responses to clients and providing ongoing communication and appropriate updates.
- Maintaining communication with all parties involved (injured worker, client, carrier, medical providers).
- Supporting and assisting the client in their day-to-day general inquiries and questions.
- Show initiative and take responsibility for tasks assigned.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- PC literate.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
