Key Responsibilities
- Assist insurance producers in servicing client needs, including changes to existing policies in Epic and on carrier sites.
- Support Account Managers in managing high volumes of work, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on-time.
- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies, reviewing all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
- Cordinate expiration lists with department managers to obtain renewal business information, grow client loyalty by building positive relationships and providing high levels of advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication.
