Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team at World Insurance Associates LLC. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for managing our main phone line, receiving and distributing mail, and performing various administrative tasks to support our office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Distribute faxes and other mail to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Receive, process, and distribute physical and electronic mail as needed.
- Assist in processing tasks for the Commercial Lines and Personal Lines departments.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.
