- Assisting in client management and retention
- Growing client loyalty through positive relationships and high levels of advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication
- Supporting in handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of markets and their appetites, underwriting guidelines, submitting procedures
- Reviewing all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy
- Completing loss/claim analysis and summaries
- Coordinating expiration lists with department managers to obtain renewal business information
