Job Title: Insurance Sales Producer - Commercial Lines

Our unique network of brokers and specialists provides a broad range of solutions, including personal and commercial insurance, surety and fidelity bonding, employee and executive benefits, investment advisory, retirement plan services, and payroll & HR solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business with a focus on commercial accounts.
- Engage in all sales and marketing tactics to move prospects through the funnel to closing.
- Track all sales activities in HubSpot and leverage it to its fullest potential.
- Become each client's trusted risk management advisor and bring the entire World platform to each client (P&C, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wholesale, and Payroll and Human Resources outsourcing services).
Qualifications:
- Must have proven experience with a range of insurance solutions to bring value to clients.
- Must be willing to maintain all relevant insurance licenses from the first day of employment.
- Preferred qualifications include experience selling commercial insurance for a top broker, using an insurance agency management software platform, and building and presenting client pitch decks/presentations.
Compensation:
We offer a base salary plus commissions as well as a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested. The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $200,000 , depending on experience and performance.
