Position Overview
Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a key leadership role responsible for driving financial strategy, business performance analysis, and decision support. This role will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analytics to optimize financial outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively to senior executives.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Planning & Forecasting :
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor key financial metrics, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business units to improve financial performance and operational efficiencies.
