The Sr. Contract Management Analyst is responsible for many system aspects of tender management and sales support. This includes tender management maintenance, pricing and fee entry, and coordination with sales support teams to assist with any special needs around the bid and award process. The position will work alongside the Pricing and Sales Support team to support the tender management system for quotes/bids, feedback, follow-up, and awards.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a full support service to the commercial aviation sales team.
- Identifying opportunities to maximize sales opportunities and increase margins.
- Tender Contract Management and coordination with all relevant departments.
- Updating and distributing Manual pricing and exchange rate information to customers.
- Familiarity with the US/ EMEA/ Asian/ LATAM refined fuel products and the aviation supply-chain network.
- Provide sales-related support to Commercial Sales staff, completing all tasks related to operational activities to make sales processes more efficient remaining in sync with the Commercial Aviation process.
- Actively support & manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly special customer reporting needs as outlined in contract negotiations/awards.
- Support the FNR & PNR process from setup to delivery and handle Adhoc inquiries and concerns accordingly.
- The role will also require supporting pricing, fees, and BPA teams as needed to enter, review, and complete the full contract award process through the existing system and obtain the necessary Sales and Legal approvals.
- Creating and processing Sales agreements.
- Coordinating Buyer's agent's agreements with sales and the legal team.
- Managing inbox workload processing and distribution.
- Automated Price notification creation & queries
- Processing Customer account applications & credit line increases.
- Tax exemption from management
- Ad hoc quoting on behalf of sales when needed
- Invoice and general queries.
Job Requirements:
- Min 3-5 years of experience in the Aviation industry preferred
- BA degree or higher
- Knowledge of the Jet Fuel market and prices a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Oracle, Front Application, SharePoint, BOX, Alteryx, and most databases
- Must have solid analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills are needed both written and verbal
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced worldwide team environment
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (BS, BA, etc.) or equivalent required
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
