Responsibilities

- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including onsite signage, emails, and promotional content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business objectives.
- Lead copywriting efforts for marketing campaigns, crafting compelling and engaging messaging across multiple channels.
- Collaborate on floor planning and event layouts, ensuring a seamless customer experience and strategic brand visibility.
- Drive detailed creative planning, working closely with designers and stakeholders to develop high-impact visuals and assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including event management, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
- Analyze marketing data and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Offer guidance, training, and support to help the Customer Service Representative handle inquiries effectively and maintain brand standards.
- Effectively manage and respond to delicate PR situations with a strong, confident voice to uphold the organization's reputation and values.
- Oversee stream management, ensuring high-quality production, seamless execution, cohesive storyboards, and an engaging viewer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners. Specifically Graphic Designers and Video Broadcasting Teams.
- Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive brand voice across all platforms, ensuring messaging aligns with organizational values and goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferred.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
