We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in a fast-growing startup environment. This role requires a hands-on, strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic setting, balancing big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution. You’ll be building and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels, analyzing performance data, and iterating quickly to drive growth. Expect a fast-paced, high-impact role where hard work and creativity go hand in hand.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including onsite signage, emails, and promotional content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business objectives.
  • Lead copywriting efforts for marketing campaigns, crafting compelling and engaging messaging across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate on floor planning and event layouts, ensuring a seamless customer experience and strategic brand visibility.
  • Drive detailed creative planning, working closely with designers and stakeholders to develop high-impact visuals and assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including event management, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Offer guidance, training, and support to help the Customer Service Representative handle inquiries effectively and maintain brand standards.
  • Effectively manage and respond to delicate PR situations with a strong, confident voice to uphold the organization's reputation and values.
  • Oversee stream management, ensuring high-quality production, seamless execution, cohesive storyboards, and an engaging viewer experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners. Specifically Graphic Designers and Video Broadcasting Teams. 
  • Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive brand voice across all platforms, ensuring messaging aligns with organizational values and goals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferred. 
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress) is a plus.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to manage a team or external partners.
