Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office specially vaccination of children and must have experience in vaccine for children program , know which vaccines are to be given at what visit and able to transfer vaccination records from other states/ countries.
Must be very honest and abke to follow state of Florida and vfc guidelines including requirements of vaccine storage , uploading vaccines to fl shots , maintaining fridge freezer temp to the limits , maintaining inventory and ordering vaccines for vfc and commercial patiensts
May take care of routine office labs to include flu covid strep rsv tests etc
Keep track of labs / do lead and hg finger pricks and send laba
. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Provide comprehensive office management support, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with medical billing processes, ensuring timely submission and follow-up on claims.
- Develop and maintain care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and patients.
- Offer medical administrative support by answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette while interacting with patients, families, and staff members.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of medical billing procedures is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer applications relevant to office tasks (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
