Job Summary:
The Signage & Creative Coordinator for the Birmingham 2025 World Police & Fire Games will support the Creative Manager and entire Marketing team. This role is focused on branding and creative signage and the venue look/design for the World Police & Fire Games 2025 as well as marketing and additional materials. The position includes working within the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
Start Date/End Date: January 2025 - July 2025
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Content:
- Create complex designs and edit images using Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
- Use branding guidelines to create unique designs for signage, promotional materials, and more.
- Work with the Creative Manager and Graphic Design Intern to accomplish goals set by the Marketing Department and team lead.
- Support additional departments with branded materials and creative content.
2. Content to support Community Partners and Sponsors:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create branding content supporting partnerships for the WPFG 2025.
- Work in the sponsorship and sales team to create content that supports the sponsorship contracts confirmed by the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Knowledge of Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) required.
- Previous experience in design and branding.
- Portfolio of previous work in design and branding required with cover letter and resume.
